Biography:
In a forgotten realm of the galaxy, a Keeirakeran wanders beyond his home system to explore the abandoned legacy of an ancient civilization. There he is summoned by The Creator of all things and chosen to bring all created races together and to unite them against the evils that threaten the galaxy and beyond. And so he sets out recruiting allies and friends old and young, organic and synthetic, near and far, into the Heroes Galaband, a force of the universe's best united against the evil powers that would conquer the free system, and against the shadow that manipulates them all.

Personality:
Jedder left his home world stripped of purpose, with nothing to left to lose and no direction. When he was summoned by The Creator he was reminded of the duty he had sworn to his people- to protect and serve- and was tasked to extend that duty for all sentient beings. Presented with the glorious opportunity to serve his Creator, Jedder accepted the role with an uplifted soul, tempering his worries for the future trials to come. Since then, he has indeed faced many trials that have shaken him and made him question his capacity for the duty given. But with faith and help from his allies, he has pulled through triumphantly.

A firm believer, Jedder holds no prejudice against the differences of other races and is open minded to learn what all the universe has to offer. He's very compassionate, even towards those he doesn't agree with all the time. He doesn't enjoy being in charge of the enormous operation that is the Heroes Galaband, but he takes the responsibility seriously knowing what's at stake. He takes heed of his officers and advisers, revering their wisdom, knowledge, and experience that excels his own, especially in other realms of the universe. Sometimes, his position requires keeping secrets from the universe, which tends to send a bad message. To make up for his secrecy, Jedder strives to prove his good intentions in his leadership. He's completely transparent with his plans when he can afford to be, making sure his allies know what they're charging into, and taking charge himself if circumstance demands.

Their is a saying on Keeirakera: "Surrender, you Break. To Break is to fail. Fall fighting the good fight, you still prevail." Jedder holds true to that motto. Whether it's courage, willpower, or just plain stubbornness, Jedder doesn't yield to intimidation and he doesn't give up easily. He shows respect to the differing opinions of others, especially governing powers he finds himself negotiating with. But he holds true to his values and doesn't permit compromise, understanding the consequences of tolerance in the long term. He also respects the Keeirakeran tradition of killing being taboo. Naturally, it's impossible to completely avoid casualties in battle, especially those which the Heroes Galaband will have to fight. Still, Jedder saves lethal force as a last resort and forbids executing defeated enemies. By default, Jedder yields the judgement of the guilty to their native authorities. If that's not an option, the Galaband takes them into custody themselves.

Skills, Abilities, and Tools
Jedder is trained in a Keeirakeran martial art; roughly translated: "Swift-Crack Style". This style teaches the combatant how to take the offense and incapacitate their opponent as quickly as possible; to hit hard, take hits, and hit back harder. Jedder is adept with this style and has an extra advantage with his strong will, focus, and endurance.

Jedder's default weapons are his shock batons. Sturdy and durable, they're equipped with rechargeable power cells that provide a jarring jolt of electricity to add to the blunt damage. They can retract to shorter length for ease of carrying, and are reliable for offense and defense. Jedder is also trained to handle small firearms, but has yet to acquire one with his desired specifications.

Keeirakerans have the ability to conduct electricity and, with training, store it in their bodies. This allows them to utilize electricity for multiple small purposes: collecting and discharging small charges, activating and controlling small devices, and maintaining body temperature. Ancients Assultus and Tactilla, Jedder's friends, learned that Keeirakerans can also use electricity to increase their speed and enhance their senses. Putting this fact to good use, the Ancients constructed special armor with a rechargeable power core. Upon activation the power core unloads its energy into Jedder, providing him with the power to increase his speed and reflexes up to 10 times beyond normal. With highly resilient plating that absorbs 3 times damage and some endurance to energy attacks, this powerful suit makes Jedder a storm on the battlefield.
